Trailer Team

Unloading and loading the trailer.

POG especially needs those that have a vehicle that can pull the church trailer.

Sundays from 6:30am – 8:00am and then 11:00am - 12:15pm once a month.

Office Volunteers

Assist with data entry, printing, folding and stuffing bulletins and brochures, and miscellaneous office projects.

2-4 per week during the daytime M-F.

Café of Grace Team Members

Café of Grace Baker

Make coffee, set-up and clean up food table, clean up guest tables at Café.

Bake any type of goodies for the Sunday AM Café. 

Arrive at 7:45am and leave after clean up.

'Front Porch' Sunday Morning Guest Services

Set out all materials on "Front Porch" Table.  Welcome and assist anyone with any questions, needs or comments. Tear down and pack away all materials.

Arrive at 8:30am and leave after the area is packed up after the service. This is a once a month commitment.

Team Leader: Lory Scheer

Sunday Morning Set-up (decoration set-up and tear down)

Set up worship space decorations (table cloths, center pieace materials, stage backdrop, stage decor, banners)

1 hour every 4-6 weeks.

Connection Hosts

Be available on Sunday morning to show visitors around, help them register their kids in Children’s Ministry, sit with this person/family if they are open to the idea, invite them to lunch and/or follow-up with them during the week.

Sunday mornings once every 4-6 weeks. Spend 20 minutes to two hours on follow up the week you serve.

Sunday AM Decorating Coordinator

Lead in the organization and scheduling of the decorating team schedule. Include themselves as decorators once a month.

5 hours a month to make phone calls/send e-mails and help assimilate new decorators along with make schedule and make sure the quality of the decorator's efforts remain high.

Greeters

Parking lot, front door, auditorium, and post gathering front door greeters are needed.

1-2 hours once a month.

Grace Place Team Leaders

This person would be empowered to handle a certain part of the morning program for K-5th grade. This area is moldable and will be fit to the volunteer's strengths and passions.

5-10 hours a month as you participate in Grace Place twice a month.

Bass player, Sound tech, Electric guitar, Drummer

Grace Place Volunteers

We are looking for those that want to love God by loving his precious children. Volunteers will be assisting in bathroom breaks, safety, games, small group discussion, crafts, and music.  Every volunteer will not be helping all of these areas.  Each volunteer will be placed where they desire and best suited to serve the kids. 

2 hours once a month.

Grace Place Set-Up & Tear-Down Volunteers

8:30am set up and 11am tear down.  Very basic cords to be plugged in and chairs to be set up.

30-45 minutes total a week (on Sundays).  You may set up and tear down once a month.

Guest Follow-up

This person would follow-up with first time guests on a weekly basis. They would greet first time visitors, welcome them, ask if they have any questions, give them general information about the church, etc.

This position would take 1-2 hours per week, during the week.

Special Events Coordinator

Make arrangements and coordinate volunteers for special events i.e. church picnic, potlucks, quarterly welcome lunches, etc.

This person would serve sporadically and time would be determined by the size and complexity of each event.
